The Team
Meet Bettina and Ninorah – two women embracing the journey of menopause with joy and enthusiasm!
Bettina, originally from Mumbai, India, ventured to the UAE in 2002 to pursue her career in marketing and advertising. Alongside her husband, she co-founded Brandform, a boutique branding and marketing agency. Known for her knack of retaining random information, Bettina is passionate about women's health and empowerment, shifting the balance from consuming to creating in today's world.
Ninorah, born and raised in Dubai, UAE, has lived a life rich in experiences, from NYC to Miami, FL. Alongside her husband, she co-founded the Naya Jeevan Foundation, aiding women and girls rescued from Sex Trafficking in India. With her infectious laughter and entrepreneurial spirit, Ninorah also runs NindiBindis, crafting unique metal Bindis inspired by her love for Tribal Belly Dance.
Both Bettina and Ninorah are hosts of the popular NRI Woman podcast, where they share stories, insights, and laughter with their global audience. Together, they're dedicated to advocating for women's health, entrepreneurship, and empowerment, embracing the joys of menopause with grace, humor, and a zest for life!
